OMG!!!!I think I died and went to heaven... the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Grilled Chicken sandwich (with mozzerella cheese) and Sweet Potato Fried... it was LOVE at first bite. The SP Fries were so good and the chicken sandwich devine... I told my husband I should be a food critic. Anyway he had the BLT and Vegetable soup, I had to try his too and again... fantastic, the bacon was nice and crisp (& I am not a big fan of bacon) and the soup was also very flavorful... If we didn't live so far (we live in Hampshire WV) we would definitely go there at least once or twice a month (we don't believe in 'eating out' that much) But Maywood Grill is definitely worth it... I, and my husband, HIGHLY recommend Maywood Grill... you will not be disappointed!! Oh, and Margo is also fantastic!!!

Hometown vibe… This is my 2nd time having lunch at Maywood Grill. The first time, my husband attacked…the Heart Attack Burger, that is! It was so filling and he enjoyed it immensely! This time around, I set up a girls day out to visit the Christmas shop and decided that this was the best place to go for lunch. The last time we were there, I believe there was table service, but this time you had to order in the bakery, take your number and go find a seat. I ordered the Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Provolone, mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese on homemade bread…amazing! The french fries are also very good with a touch of sea salt. For dessert, I purchased a buckeye cupcake…tastes just as good as it looks! The interior of the restaurant has fun, farmhouse paintings, and touches of decor. Wi-Fi code is available. Everything you need for your sandwiches and fries are on the table along with your silverware and napkins. My only complaint is that there is no soda pop fountain. You can only purchase them in bottles. Other than that, extremely good, service and atmosphere! Will be back! About the restaurant: *Takeout and dine in available. *Open for breakfast and lunch only with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays serving dinner. * Great coffee, tea, and dessert selections. * wheelchair, accessible parking, entrance, seating, and restrooms. *Family friendly, groups and tourists *Good for kid with high chairs and kids menus. *free parking on premises. *Debit/credit cards accepted. Reservations accepted.

One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots. I love their breakfast Potatos. Bacon is thick and crispy. My wife loves their French toast Don't leave here without going to the bakery/coffee shop on the other side. Get the peperoni rolls with the banana pepper rings! Also really amazing cinnamon rolls of many flavors that are in rotation.

Enjoyed a nice late lunch on a Thursday afternoon at Maywood prior to going to Fallingwater for a house tour. Have been here a couple of times before while in the area and always enjoy the food. This time was no exception. Ingredients are fresh and the homemade shoestring fries are great. There is a bakery, too, if you want a coffee or sweet treat to take out with you. Note that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Service was friendly.

This restaurant was really cute! Lots of natural light, very clean inside and out, in a good location right off National Rd 40 in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. Nice modern upholstery, with ample silverware and condiments on the tables and a little self-serve counter where you could get extra water, which was really convenient. The service was really good, also. You order with the really sweet and personable lady in the bakery. She'll give you a little plastic number, so they can bring the food right out to the table. The person who brought out our food was very quick and efficient - we got our order in less than 10 minutes, which was impressive! The food was pretty standard tavern fare: sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads. We ordered salads and chicken sandwiches, one of them an "Angry Bird" sandwich, which was billed as very spicy and lived up to its description. Fries seemed homemade and were very good. Mac and cheese didn't really have a lot of flavor. Salad was a bit overpriced (around $16) but I feel like all the restaurants are now charging too much for salads. So that was pretty par. All in all, a decent experience.

Very nice spot for lunch. I had the fried chicken sandwich and sweet potatoe fries and it was perfect. The service from placing the order to having the food delivered and the table cleaned was excellent. If you are in the area definitely check them out.

A little gem tucked into the Farmington/Ohiopyle area that is definitely worth a stop. My wife and I went here on a Saturday morning during a little weekend trip to the area, and we were both impressed by this place, from the bery friendly staff to the very tasty food. Having a bakery on hand delivers great bread options for your meal, and the ability to grab a cinnamon roll or other treat on your way out. Definitely worth a stop if you're anywhere close on your travels.

We went to Maywood Grill tonight for their Pizza Night, and it was DELICIOUS !!! We tried the Hot Garlic Parmesan Wings (they are full jumbo wings…sorry no pictures). They were very flavorful. We also decided to try a couple different pizzas. A Meat Eaters and a Steak. Both were AMAZING and cooked to PERFECTION!!! I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area. And almost forgot to mention, the service was EXCELLENT!!!
